Seems like Davey is doing triage. Asses the situation, and deal with the person in the most serious immediate danger first. At the moment, that’s Chainey. Parker isn’t in any physical danger at the moment, and Davey isn’t really good at dealing with the emotional trauma of the whole situation with Parker. So he’ll focus on Chainey; the person who we still aren’t really sure of what state they’re in. (Which is driving me crazy by the way)
I feel likes Davey is justified to take care of Chainey over Parker. I mean, Chainey and him have gone through so much together and have formed a close bond. Upon meeting Davey for the first time as a zombie, Parker just shut him out, not wanting anything to do with him. But I also think that Davey doesn’t know it’s Parker.
Davey is more than aware it’s Parker. We established that way back when, but because of the whole thing with Chainey DYING and then being used by Sam and getting insanely hurt, Davey seems to have prioritized Chainey OVER his little brother.
Holy shit Chainey is brain damaged. I didn’t even think that was possible after all the shit his body has already been through. I mean with a chunk missing from the back of his neck. I guess things always can get worse.
