Anyway, I’m super glad I found this comic. I love the hell out of it — seriously, the characters, the art, the story — everything is amazing. Totally just binge-read this whole thing over the past few hours or so. Worth it. Can’t wait to read more.
Things like this completely explain poor Owen’s extreme misanthropy. From a young age, it seems that human beings have done nothing but hurt him, and becoming a sapient zombie is possibly the best thing to even happen to him… from his perspective. It definitely won’t have a good end result, but still. I can’t stop from wanting to cheer Owen on now!
