I’ve been enjoying your comic for a while, I just don’t usually say anything. But I wanted to say that I like your twist. I don’t think Lazro is evil, though I think he’s gone a bit overboard on this one it is kind of a clever plan. Especially on this page we get some proof that he never actually intended to hurt Parker. He still shouldn’t have treated his staff/friends like this, but it looks a more like a desperate move than an evil one to me.
I find the parallels between Lax and Chainey with the “You don’t think” line kind of worrying. Sure, it could always be just driving home a point in terms of Davey’s character, but it’s so much more fun to make possibly pointless connections! ^^
