Davey’s a funny one, isn’t he? I love how you can imagine the pure dislike just kind of. . . floating in the air between him and Lazaro, and it soaks into the dialogue.
Lazaro looks positively EVIL in that last panel. . . I have a horrible feeling I know exactly what is in that box and I don’t think Chainey really wants to OPEN that. . . too bad he’s too curious for his own good.
Something that amazes me is that even though the stain on the box is just outlined, in my mind I can see dark, wet red and the cardboard’s a little soggy.
