Looks like Davey had a rough time of it! The sequence of flashbacks is a thing of beauty. It conveys so much with so little. The terror of waking up, alone, deep underground and suffocating in uncertainty. . . climbing out of your grave and just having a big “I am so screwed” moment. . . and, of course, that lovely moment when a zombie has hunger pains for the first time. Heck on earth, that’s what it sounds like. At least Chainey’s got Davey there to help him though this!

I don’t know if it’s been explained, but how did Davey die? Was it naturally or part of the zombie stuff?
